For more than twenty years of existence, we can bring a number of references from companies producing in garages, through large companies such as ŠMERAL Brno to the manufacturer TOS VARNSDORF, for which we have built new stands in the Czech Republic and abroad.
HP100 and RET10 machines from ReTOS VARNSDORF production in Slovakia.
We built the HP100 on a common clamping plate with RET10 for the subsidiary TOS VARNSDORF at the end of 2019. We try to maintain extraordinary relationships with the manufacturer from Varnsdorf, to ensure easy and quick access to spare parts.
We provided bed settling, drawing and drilling of holes and application of chemical mortar. After the hardening, we folded the mechanics and connected the electrical installation. Then we leveled the machine and passed the geometric accuracy. ReTOS installers completed some more work at the beginning of 2020.
The headstock is interesting in that it does not have a face plate.
